Please find attached the revised Mercury Minimization Plan for Georgia-Pacific’s Crossett Paper 
Operations (NPDES Permit # AR0001210).  Revisions were made to the plan as per your request dated 
September 9, 2011.  As I explained, this request was discovered on the desk of an employee who had 
been on extended medical leave, therefore, I did not receive the letter until November 3.  The letter 
requested that the plan be revised and submitted to the Department no later than October 1, 
2011.  Please let me know if you need any additional information.
